Recycle Old Cell Phones,

Ink & Toner Cartridges!

Over 300 million print cartridges are consumed every year in North America with the vast majority headed for landfills... More than 500 million cell phones are awaiting disposal in North America today... Over 130 million cell phones are retired from use every year... Why not recycle them?

The Musquodoboit Valley Lions Club will recycle your old cell phones and ink & toner cartridges. We are partnering with the Think Recycling Company and Tree Canada, who will plant a tree for every 12 items we send to them. So, by recycling, we are helping the environment.

You can drop your old cell phones and ink/toner cartridges in the eye glass boxes at Haverstock's PharmaSave and the Musquodoboit Valley Memorial Hospital (Middle Musquodoboit) OR give them to a local Lion. If you prefer, we can pick them up at your home.

For more info or for pick-up of your old cell phones or ink/toner cartridges, please call Lion Meredith at 384-2313.
