Lions Clubs International Foundation is Lions helping Lions serve the world. Donations provide funding in the form of grants to financially assist Lions districts with large-scale humanitarian projects that are too extensive for Lions to finance on their own.

LionNet is a network of national and state level service sites called LionNet Nodes. They aim to promote the use of the Internet to members of Lions Clubs International, the world's largest service association. Many Lions clubs, districts, multidistricts and programs operate their own Internet websites, this site provides a directory of those resources.

In October 1967, the board of directors of Lions Clubs International adopted the Leo Club Program as an official program of the association. Open to males and females, the objective of the Leo Club Program was (and still is): "...to provide the youth of the world (with) an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national and international community."
